4. (If Hotel Guest) Please ask your concierge/front desk if they will hold your E-Bike keys when you are finished. For customers that don’t want to wait around for our pick-up driver. Our schedule is very busy running around the city and there may be instances where you need to lock your E-Bike at the hotel and leave the keys for us to retrieve later.

I am in Downtown Vancouver. What’s the Deal? 🚴‍♂️

For Downtown Customers, we offer a minimum package Half Day Package (5 Hours) with FREE DELIVERY for groups of 4 or more. We need confirmed bookings a day or more in advance. Call or email for more details: 778-761-3987 or info@alienyvr.ca.

Do I need to reserve ahead of time? ⏰

For delivery services, we require at least one day’s notice to schedule the appointment. Same-day service is available on a case-by-case basis with an extra charge.

Where can I take my E-Bikes during my rental? 🌄

You can take them anywhere you like during the rental term. Great places include Whistler, Kelowna, and countless other trails across the country. Don’t forget to ride around Stanley Park and Granville Island too! 😉

What are the Terms and Conditions? 📜

*Your rental includes an Alien Astro Premium Step-Thru E-Bike, helmet, and lock.
*A $250 security deposit per E-Bike is required.
*Treat your E-Bike like your own and always lock it up safely. A lost or stolen E-Bike will be charged at the replacement cost of $2000.
*Rentals are non-transferable. Minors (under 16 years old) are not allowed to ride the E-Bike.
*A $119 per day fee applies for late returns. Rentals are in 24-hour segments.
*If our pick-up is delayed, you won’t be charged a late fee. We’re a flexible family-run company.
*Drop-offs are also allowed at our Downtown Vancouver location at Plaza of Nations, 750 Pacific Blvd (On The Bike Path). Call us to arrange.
